Gallan Beag – the gorgeous West Cork holiday cottage which sits alongside our B&B at Gallan Mor – provides luxury self-catering accommodation with stunning views.
Designed and built in the style of an old converted stable, the Cottage sleeps 6. It is super-insulated which creates a cosy atmosphere, but you’ll also enjoy the well-designed, spacious layout, over two floors with wonderful sea views.
Some interesting features are the antique restored radiators, curving mahogany handrail on the staircase, big comfy leather sofas, wood-burning stove, handmade mahogany four poster in the Master bedroom, pretty stable door and the high vaulted ceilings upstairs. All of the cottage’s bedrooms are large, airy and beautifully fitted out.

Gallan Beag’s ground-floor accommodation has the Master bedroom with en suite. An open-plan living room, together with fully fitted kitchen and dining area, offer stunning views over Dunmanus Bay, Mizen Head, and out to the Atlantic.
Outside, there is a small private terrace and garden area where guests can eat al fresco and enjoy the cottage’s panoramic views.
On arrival you will find a complimentary basket of wood logs or bucket of coal, as well as fresh bedding and towels. The cottage also features Wi-Fi & Satellite TV.
